COVID-19: I have returned my items, when will my refund come through?

If your returned item was safely received by our Distribution Centre prior to the 25th March, your refund will have been processed by our team! Please note, refunds can take 2-4 working days to appear in your account based on your banks processing times. If you have sent back your items prior to lock down, and haven’t seen a refund come through – please reach out to our Customer Experience team via live chat or our phone lines, who will be happy to look into this for you.

We ask that no further returns are sent to our team until lockdown is lifted, as they will be unable to be received and/or processed by our team.
