COVID-19 Updates

COVID-19: I have a click and collect order however the stores are now closed. What happens now?

With the call for lock-down, all our New Zealand stores, Support Office and Distribution Centre have closed their doors as of Tuesday 24th March for the foreseeable future and reopening once our country and community is safe.

This means all store-based pick-ups will be on hold until we are able to safely re-open our New Zealand stores to the public. If you have any queries or concerns about your specific order, please reach out to our Customer Experience team via live chat or our phone lines, who will be happy to help!
