Want to return something purchased online?

COVID-19 UPDATE: We are no longer accepting returns to our stores or our Distribution Centre but don’t worry, any purchases made from 9 March 2020 onward will have an extended returns period and you will be able to return your items post-lock-down. We will be sure to communicate extended dates on our website as soon as we are able to re-open our stores and Distribution Centre for our NZ customers.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so we've tried to make resolving things easy. If trying on your purchase at home, make sure you do so inside and on carpet - we're unable to accept returned orders if the item has been worn or damaged after purchase.

If you're not happy with your online purchase, we'll happily give you a full refund or exchange (including sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply post your order to our Distribution Centre, or take it to one of our stores, along with your invoice or proof of purchase. Return postage is covered by the customer, but we will not ask you to pay for shipping again if you choose to exchange your order for a different size or style. If we can’t provide you with an exchange, we’ll issue you with a full refund. All refunds are processed via the original method of payment and will be processed within four working days of receipt of your order.
