In the event that an item(s) is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Merchant 1948 reserves the right to withdraw that item(s) from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders. Merchant 1948 will make all reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

By submitting a review, you warrant and agree that:

By submitting your email address in connection with your review, you agree that we and/or our third-party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review. Any personal information collected in connection with your review will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Merchant 1948 Monthly Review Giveaway is open to customers who submit a product review during the relevant calendar month.

• To be eligible, the review must relate to a verified Merchant 1948 purchase made within the same calendar month as the review submission.
• Merchant 1948 reserves the right to verify the review against the associated purchase (including order number, email address, or other identifying details).
• Reviews that cannot be verified against a valid purchase will not be eligible for entry.
• Only one entry per purchase is permitted.
  
• The prize is one (1) $200 Merchant 1948 gift card, drawn monthly.
• The winner will be drawn on the 1st day of the following month from all eligible reviews submitted during the previous month.
  
• The winner will be notified via email using the email address associated with their order or review.
  
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Merchant 1948 reserves the right to redraw the prize.
