Club Merchant – Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility 

• Open to anyone who provides a valid email address. 

2. Earning Points 

• Earn a $30 reward for every $200 spent (minimum spend $150 per transaction). 
• Points are earned on all purchases, including full price, sale items, accessories, and care products. You’ll still earn points on discounted purchases, but points are calculated on the final amount paid after discounts are applied. The $250 spend threshold is based on actual dollars spent. 
• Points cannot be used on items purchased as part of promotions or gifts with purchase (GWP). 

3. Point Types & Expiry 

• All points issued have a 12 month expiry that starts from the date of issue. 

4. Redeeming Points 

• Minimum spend of $150 required to redeem points. 
• Points may be used on full price and sale items (excluding promotions/GWP)
• Points are not redeemable when there is an automated discount being used at check out.
• Points can be combined across purchases to maximise value. 

5. Returns & Adjustments 

• If a purchase is returned, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted. 
• If points have already been redeemed from a returned purchase, your account will reflect negative points to offset the redemption. 

6. Consent & Communications 

• By providing your email, you consent to receiving loyalty and marketing communications. 
• If you do not consent to emails, you will not receive notifications about points updates, anniversary points, or other loyalty communications. 
• Mobile consent may also be collected where applicable, and messaging is subject to standard messaging rates. 
• You will not be eligible for welcome points if you choose not to opt into emails. 

7. Changes & Cancellation 

• Club Merchant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the programme at any time without notice. 
• All points and rewards are subject to the programme rules at the time of redemption.
