We totally understand your frustration with the returns process - that's definitely not the experience we want for our customers. We changed our returns policy back in December where we don't offer refunds on sale product, so it lines up with industry standard. We've increased our messaging around this to ensure customers are aware that they can only request an exchange or store credit on sale items, to avoid any disappointment.
