Geneva Heel

The shoes are very comfortable but I wish the sales assistant warned me to go down one size. In the front of the shoe, to the side, a stretch portion has been added which you cannot even notice. This however, provides more room for your foot therefore you slide forward causing a gap at the back. I’ve had to put a heel grip on both shoes and also a padded cushion which annoys me as the shoe already has a padded element. I spent a lot of money on these shoes and I’ve only worn them twice because they are basically to big. I’m really upset with the assistant because had she told me, I would have brought a smaller size and been wearing them all the time. My advice to anyone is to go a size smaller and then you will have a beautiful comfortable shoe that looks gorgeous.
