    Splitting sole

    Low quality sole as it splits under the ball of foot. They are expensive so this should not happen. Keep your receipt! Very comfortable to wear.

    Love these boots

    I love these boots, purchased in April and worn regularly until I found one of the rubber soles has split, the same issue as another review. Customer service were great, replacement boots arrived today.

    Versatile boot but doesn’t last long

    I loooved these boots. They go with everything and are so comfy. The leather is really soft but surprisingly did not crease too much at the toe. My main issue was that on both of the boots the sole split where the ball of toe joint is. The split was all the way across the sole and went all the way through the sole too, which meant water could get in. I didn’t even have them for a full year, about 10 months? But they were a gift so didn’t have the receipt to return :( I would actually buy them again though because they were so versatile!

It's great to know the leather felt soft and that they didn't crease too much at the toe, they're definitely a popular style for exactly those reasons.

    We're really sorry to hear about the sole splitting issue you experienced though. That's definitely not something that should happen after only 10 months of wear, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially with water getting in. That's not the durability we expect from our boots and we know how disappointing it is when a pair you love develops a problem like that. If you can bring them into our team and we can have our wonderful repairer take a look at them!

    We're also sorry to hear that not having the receipt made it difficult to return them. Just so you know for future reference, our team can often help even without a receipt if you pop into store, as we may be able to look up purchases in other ways.

    FLAT AND COMFORTABLE !!

    I brought these in hopes that i could wear them all day long with zero issues, proud to say they came through !! i have had these for all of three months and they're always my go to pair of footwear.

    they are such a soft leather which makes it easier to break in and mold to your foot !!

    i could not be happier !
