Wellbeing

confidential Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), subsidised annual flu

Work life balance

We offer a hybrid working model where our support office team members can work from home twice a week. To recognise the importance of work-life balance further, once a month, our Support Office team members get to enjoy a flexi half day during any day of the week.

From regular training programmes to our annual leadership conferences for retail people leaders, we provide opportunities for our team to build capability, strengthen leadership skills, and continue progressing their careers.

Recognition
