Brie Ballet Flat
Ordered these online and honestly it's my fault that I didn't try these in store.
These are quite painful to wear, even after a couple of months of owning them and breaking them in as much as I can. I don't know if it's because it's patent leather so it's quite structured and stiff, but the back (and back sides) of the shoe really digs into my heels. I've had to buy gel heel cushions to help my poor feet but have to keep replacing them because they won't stick to the fabric of the shoe. Really wanted to like these but the shoe is just stiff.

We're so sorry to hear that the Brie Ballet Flats have been causing you discomfort! That's really disappointing, especially after giving them a couple of months to break in. We totally understand how frustrating it must be when you really wanted to love them.

You're right that patent leather can be quite structured and stiff compared to other materials, and we're sorry that the back of the shoe is digging into your heels despite your efforts with gel cushions. That's definitely not the comfortable experience we want for our customers.
