    Too narrow but gorgeous quality

    Unfortunately I had to return these boots as they were described as 'wide fit' (which was an error). Customer service were incredibly helpful; aided me with a full store credit, and let me know what alternative wide fit styles would be in store soon for me to try on.

    The quality of this shoe is gorgeous, with an incredibly well cushioned sole. Highly recommend these boots, and all of Merchant's shoes.
