While the product is good, the service has been questionable. I ordered the bundle, including the crew, and only the shoes arrived.
The first email querying this was answered and didn't resolve the issue. Two more emails and no reply.

I have the white/grey leather pair from instore and they are wonderful, the removable arch support insoles are fabulous and allow me to wear the shoes all day with no issues! am definitely purchasing another pair
