    Very comfortable and versatile

    Very comfy loafers. I wanted something a bit more elevated to wear instead of sneakers with trousers.

    They are a nice weight, substantial but not too clunky.

    This colour goes very well with the seasons colours. I was surprised by what they went with in my closet. The Oxblood looks great with black, olive/kahaki, burgundy, chocolate and navy so a very versatile colour. The gold embellishment is a lovely touch

    Beautiful Loafers but...

    Love the design and colour of these, however they are heavy, and stiff. No amount of inserts could stop slippage, tried next size down and couldn't get my foot in the shoe. Returned.

We totally understand your frustration with the fit though, it sounds like you really tried to make them work with different inserts and sizing. The weight and stiffness can definitely be an issue, especially when combined with slippage problems. It's such a bummer when you love the look but the fit just isn't right!
