    Nice looking boot

    The boot itself is a nice looking boot, unfortunately the boot was a bit narrow for me around the toes and moving to the next size just made the boot look very long. The return/exchange purchase with Merchant is very easy. I brought these online, but was able to go to my local store and try on the larger pair and then exchange them for a different boot with absolutely no issues.

    The staff at Merchant Northwest in Auckland were amazing.

    Cons - dig in around ankle which is very uncomfortable

    just a tad too small

    i'm a size 9 and have brought this size usually from merchant but this particular boot was too tight for comfort. I did order online but i exchanged it easy enough instore
