Comfortable shoes. Quality control needs improving though as I discovered a badly freyed shoe lace on one of the shoes. Took the shoes back to Merchant who did not have a replacement shoe-lace in stock (which I thought odd given this would be a very common colour used in many of their sneakers). Now awaiting Merchant to get in touch once they have sourced replacement shoelaces. That means I now have a second trip back to the store once they have received stock. As this is a quality control issue you would have thought the least they could do would be to courier the replacement free of charge.

Sorry to hear about the frayed shoelace issue and the hassle it's caused with having to make multiple trips to the store.
