COVID-19: How can I return my items?

We are no longer accepting returns to our stores or our Distribution Centre but don’t worry, any purchases made from 9 March 2020 onward will have an extended returns period and you will be able to return your items post-lock-down.

We will be sure to communicate extended dates on our website as soon as we are able to re-open our stores and Distribution Centre for our NZ customers.
